The 2 types of photo day styles
Green Screen/Digital Backgrounds
Most are familiar with this option. Many advancements have been made recently and we employ many high tech tools to create these images. We don’t have images with green edges in hair or in reflections.
We use high end graphics and customize them for each and every league. We take a lot of pride in delivering a top notch photo.
Environmental
This is a great option to show off your home field! We use high end studio lighting alongside the natural environment giving some awesome and unique photos that no other team will get. For outdoor sports these are typically an ideal way to hold a picture day. Photos will be uploaded quicker than the green screen variants.
Our proven workflow
No Paper Order Forms are Used
We understand the hassle of the traditional paper order forms and use a 100% online ordering and payment system. Our system is very easy to use and works on computers and all mobile platforms.
We don’t need team rosters or information. Parent emails are all that is needed. Ordering is all done after the picture day.
Picture Day
Each picture day is tailored to your teams needs. Typically, private teams and leagues that we are photographing outside, we bring canopies, banners, we play music, bring bottled water for all and have fun.
We have a great team that will guide and assist the players and answer questions for parents. We implement a no contact policy. Our staff is made up of local educators and industry professionals.
After Picture Day
As soon picture day wraps up we begin to do our magic on the photos taken. We work quickly to get photos uploaded and immediately notify the parents when the photos are ready to be viewed.
Parents can easily view and purchase their kids photos and all physical items will be sent direct to their place of choice.
Pricing
Our work is high end and in the top of the industry but that doesn’t come at a cost. We are competitively priced within the industry. We use a top photo lab in the industry that turns out amazing prints and products.

Workflow Details
After filling out the contact form, a team member will reach out to you.
We will ask a series of questions to get info for your specific team and picture day needs. We will then begin to build a custom plan for your picture day.
We will request a parent email roster so that we can keep everyone informed about special picture day details. This helps us greatly in keeping everyone informed and on the same page. We will not ever solicit any information outside of your specific event and each parent can easily un-subscribe at any time.
Once a plan is established for your team and individual picture day, an email will be sent out to the parents with a special offer if they buy in ahead of picture day. Typically the buy-in is $35 and is optional. This acts as a credit which can then be fully applied to any purchase in their account.
On picture day, depending on your specific details, we will arrive 30-90 minutes early to setup and get prepared. We will setup signs, canopies, the photo sets and maybe even a bags set (Hey we like to have fun). Our friendly staff will help guide everyone onsite which makes for an easy and efficient time.
If we are doing live team photos, we will start taking the individual photos first in case there are any late arrivals. Once everyone is photographed individually, we assemble the team and take some great photos!
Once everyone is photographed, we pack up, head out and begin working our magic on all of the photos and prepare them for upload.
A few days later the galleries are open for ordering! All the orders ship direct to the homes of the purchaser so once picture day is over, your done! No more team leadership is needed to pass out photo packets! How awesome!
